A heartbreaking loss has left the Lebanon community mourning after 37-year-old Stacey McIntosh was killed in a tragic single-vehicle crash early Saturday morning, July 11, in Turtlecreek Township, Warren County. McIntosh, a beloved woman whose life brought memories and meaning to those who knew her, was identified by the Warren County Coroner’s Office as the victim of the devastating collision.
Emergency crews responded around 3:30 a.m. to reports of a serious crash on Greentree Road, east of Ohio 4. According to the Lebanon Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, McIntosh was traveling eastbound in a 2005 Honda Civic when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve.
Authorities said the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway before McIntosh overcorrected. The car then went off the left side of the road and struck a utility pole. Despite the response of emergency personnel, McIntosh tragically lost her life at the scene.
The crash remains under investigation as officials continue to look into the events that led to the collision.
