Remembering Sariah Isabelle Miranda: A Young Life Lost in a Tragic Manchester Motorcycle Crash.

The Manchester community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Sariah Isabelle Miranda, a 21-year-old woman whose life was tragically cut short following a devastating motorcycle crash on Interstate 384. Miranda was killed late Friday night, July 24, 2026, after a collision that left family, friends, and loved ones grieving a life filled with promise and possibility.

 

According to Connecticut State Police, the crash happened around 10:23 p.m. on I-384 eastbound near the Exit 1B on-ramp in Manchester. A motorcycle carrying Miranda as a passenger and Dante Avant Coleman, 22, of Manchester, struck the rear of a Chevrolet Equinox. The impact caused both riders to be thrown from the motorcycle and slide across the roadway.

 

During the tragic sequence of events, Miranda was struck by a BMW traveling in the adjacent lane. She suffered serious injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Manchester Hospital, where she was later pronounced deceased. Coleman was also taken to the hospital with suspected minor injuries. The drivers of the other two vehicles involved were not injured.

 

As investigators continue working to understand the circumstances surrounding the crash, authorities are asking anyone who witnessed the collision or may have dash-camera footage to come forward.

 

Beyond the details of the accident, Sariah Miranda is remembered as a beloved daughter, friend, and member of her community. Her sudden passing has left those who knew her with a deep sense of sorrow and unanswered questions.
