The loss of Adison Bernice Stading, a 19-year-old woman from Woodland, Washington, has brought heartbreak to her family, friends, and everyone touched by her life. Adison’s journey came to a tragic end following a vehicle crash in Pleasant Hill, Oregon, leaving behind a community grieving the loss of a young woman with so much life ahead of her.

 

The Lane County Sheriff’s Office reported that emergency crews were called to the area of Pheasant Lane near Wheeler Road at approximately 5:15 a.m. on Sunday, July 26, after receiving a report of a serious crash. A caller alerted authorities after noticing two individuals outside a damaged vehicle who appeared to be unresponsive.

 

When deputies, firefighters, and emergency medical personnel arrived, they immediately began providing assistance and requested Life Flight due to the severity of the situation. Investigators determined that two people had been traveling inside the vehicle and may have been thrown from the car during the collision.

 

Adison Bernice Stading, who was identified as the passenger, tragically died from injuries sustained in the crash. The driver was transported by air to a hospital in critical condition as medical teams continued efforts to provide care.

 

While crash investigators with the Lane County Sheriff’s Office work to determine the events that led to the collision, those who loved Adison are left remembering the person she was and the memories she created.
