According to authorities, the fatal crash occurred around 9:50 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of U.S. 380 and U.S. 377 in Cross Roads, Texas. Officers with the Cross Roads Police Department responded to reports of a four-vehicle collision and found several people affected by the crash. Emergency responders from the Little Elm Fire Department provided immediate assistance and transported Crystal with critical injuries to Medical City Denton, where medical staff later pronounced her deceased.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office identified Crystal Brianna De Luna as the victim of the tragic collision. Police arrested 33-year-old Jonathan Samuel Moses of Pilot Point in connection with the crash. He remains in custody facing charges of intoxication manslaughter with a vehicle and unlawful carrying of a weapon. The investigation into the events leading up to the crash remains ongoing.
