Frank was riding his 2006 Big Dog motorcycle when he was involved in a collision that ultimately claimed his life. According to the Columbia County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred shortly before 5 p.m. Witnesses and compassionate bystanders immediately rushed to Frank’s aid, performing CPR until Columbia County Fire Rescue and Gold Cross EMS arrived. Despite the tireless efforts of first responders and medical staff at Doctors Hospital in Augusta, Frank sadly succumbed to his injuries. Authorities have charged the driver of the other vehicle with Failure to Yield When Turning Left and Second-Degree Vehicular Homicide as the investigation continues.
