With profound sorrow and heartfelt sympathy, family, friends, and the Troup, Texas, community are mourning the devastating loss of Adam Christopher Frantz, 38, and Ashlee Lann Frantz, 34, whose lives were tragically cut short in a head-on collision on Mixon Road in Smith County. Their passing has left an immeasurable void in the hearts of everyone who had the privilege of knowing them, as they were cherished for their unwavering faith, compassionate spirits, and dedication to serving others.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the crash occurred on Friday evening at approximately 6:30 p.m. Adam was driving a 2018 Toyota Corolla with Ashlee as his passenger when their vehicle entered the opposite lane while negotiating a curve and collided head-on with a Mercedes-Benz.
